Description	We plan to landscape the garden area between our house and the driveway. The bottom boards of the house sit on the edge of the garden & some are starting to rot & need replacing. Will involve replacing some weatherboards/basement boards on the exterior of the house. Is seen from the street and will need to look tidy. Not a big job I wouldnt think.
