Description	72sqm 6th floor apartment requires complete interior repaint. Specific timeframe of first week of November when apartment will be empty between tenants. Apartment consists of open plan kitchen, dining and living, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a sky light that will require ladder access. Walls in good condition, however some picture hook holes will need repair prior to painting. Possible ceiling repaint also required.
