Description	Installation of power points etc., to a dwelling at Mangere Bridge. Job is at a 1970's three-bedroom house in good condition. It consists of installing and supplying: 1. Powerpoint (double) and heated towel rail (supplied by me) to bathroom; 2. Installation of more efficient exhaust fan (supplied by me) in bathroom to replace existing exhaust fan; 3. 2 x external power points (both doubles); 4. Installation of safety switch to board - the board is a recent installation and of 'modern' type; Sorry no photos ) -: 5. Power point (double) to under-house - easily accesible.
