| Description | Carry out structural works to remove wall between kitchen and dining. Demolition work by others. Supply & install new steel portal frame, timber and concrete piles, and floor joist. Connect all existing wall frame, truss jack studs and ceiling runners. Carry out works as per engineer's plans and specifications and provide written statement to that effect. Interested in builders that can quote the work this week and schedule the work in the next 2-3 weeks. |
