Description	We would like to extend a part of our house - creating a dining area and second living/entrance area. The area to be pushed out would follow the existing gable. A couple of walls will need to be removed inside, and location of the french doors moved as well as other, new windows put in. In total the extended area is approx 15sqm. We would like this area tiled. (Although advice on whether carpet or tiling is cheaper would be great). We would also like to create some more bench space in our kitchen and turn it into an breakfast bar. This will also have an external breakfast bar on the outside of the bifold windows. Quotes and advice are very welcome. Thanks
