Description	Need Re gib and stopping of 3 bedrooms, 1 x bathroom and 2 walls in laundry Bedroom 1 is 3.4m by 3.4m by 2.4m high Bedroom 2 is 3m by 3m by 2.4m high Bedroom 3 is 5m by 5m by 2.4m high The Bathroom is 2m by 2m by 2.4m high. It needs to be re gib ready for wall tiles to be applied. The laundry walls are: Wall 1 is 2m wide by 2.4m high, and wall 2 is 1m wide by 2.4m high. I would be removing the existing gib, skirting boards etc and installing wall insulation as well as 4 additional power points. I would like to reuse as much of the skirting board as possible. Having said that please include a quote on how much more it would cost to have you to remove the existing gib, skirting boards etc. You would need to liase with the builder as I am looking to remove a chimney in bedroom #3 and make this into closet space.
