DescriptionI have just had a 6m x 4m totalspan garage erected on my property and there is a partition at 4m which splits the building into two areas. One area is to be an office (4m x 4m) while the other area will be a small workshop.

I need a builder to insulate and line the walls and the ceiling of the office space. Please note that the ceiling is pitched so we dont require a 'hanging' ceiling. I have been advised to use high quality 12mm plywood that has a smooth side and this is what i would prefer seeing as the building is metal rather than wood (therefore only limited points on which to secure the lining too).

Stud height is 2.4m and the plywood sheets come in 1.2m [www] sheets so they should fit in easily.

We will provide the plywood and insulation (unless you can source it cheaper)

Thanks
