Description	I own several rental properties and need a reliable handy man to fix adhoc issues from time to time. Right now I need someone to fix the following at two rental properties. Property 1 (Avondale).Three issues 1/ Water is coming through the ceiling in the kitchen, on inspection of the roof it is coming through where a flue (maybe coal range) had once existed. Looks like it needs a new sheet of corogated iron over the area where it was previously patched. 2/ The fireplace hearth has fallen in. It's a concrete slab about 1mtr x 300 which had cracked and has now fallen through. The firplace itself looks fine but needs something to replace or prop up the original one hearth slab. 3/ Cut down large yuka plant which is pushing against the chimney (this might be why the hearth has slipped) 4/replace a flooring joist (about 1mtr only) in front of a doorway in the back porch. Property 2 (Herne Bay) 1/ Garage door not closing fully 2/blocked shower shower drain 3/Gate not locking Ideally I'd like to form a relationship with someone who could handle all the odd jobs needed on my rentals from time to time and/or know who could handle the more specialised jobs as well.
