Description	We are happy to accept quotes for all or parts of this job. We have a 3-bed villa in Kingsland (92m2) which requires gutter guards against leaves, and its corrugated iron roof painted ASAP. It is an old roof, but we have been advised by a tradesperson that the roof is in ok repair and could see out many more years with a new coat of paint. You will need to view to quote though, as some of the roof may require scaffolding to do as the house, even though small, is 2 level at the back. There is one piece of roofing over the small villa verandah that will require replacing and painting (if you are also able to quote for this, that would be great). We would like quotes including OR not including paint - as we can get a 40% discount off retail from one of the major quality paint manufacturers. Thank you for your interest.
