Description	We just had a new meter installed by Mecury today. As part of which the electrician told us that there are exposed wires in the switchboard that risk shorting out the house and cable to the house. Not sure if that's accurate or not, but I'd rather not have exposed high voltage cables around. This is an encouragement to get several things done that have been pending, so I'd like to get quotes for the following. 1. Check and fix the switchboard wiring 2. Fix / Replace external security lights 3. Garage Switches don't switch off, may be wired as 2 phase power? 4. One outside light is not working 5. Light fittings are old and brittle, several need replacement 6. A couple of electrical sockets in the lounge are cracked, and plugs pulled out after use look like they have wet or greasy copper oxide on them.
