Description	I have two small repair jobs that may require a builder or a suitably skilled handyman. [phone] . Replace a 12-inch long piece of skirting board in bathroom which has come away from the wall. It has warped due to moisture from a broken water pipe (the pipe is now repaired). 2. Install two bolts/fasteners on one each of two french exterior doors. I already have the fasteners. I would like this done soon as possible as I am renting out the property and I am showing it to prospective tenants. Thank you Jennifer
