| Description | We have drawn up our own plans and are now at the stage of finding a draftsman to complete these plans for council and getting quotes. [phone] Our plans involve an extension to an existing 1950's weather board house. The current house is a 2 bedroom one bathroom, and we wish to make this a 4 double bedroom, with study and en-suite. Extension also requires the removal of about 420m3 of hillside, though this will be terraced back. At present we have had two quotes one at 2,400 + gst and another at 5,460 + gst. Not quite sure of the first one and the second is a little too high for the budget. We would love to hear from someone in the middle with great qualifications and a desire to get the job done. |
