Description	Found rotted frame around upstairs window (in kitchen). Needs to be repaired and checked for further rot etc. As it is on a second storey, you will need scaffolding. House needs exterior paint while scaffolding there to save time and money. PLEASE NOTE-won't be proceeding until spring as that's when we refinance-just need to know costs for now
