Description	we are renovating our dated bathroom with new fittings. We are looking for a builder to install new bath (with shower over tub), vanity, toilet and mirror cabinet in an existing bathroom. There will be some minor reconfiguration of the space - involving removal of a non-load bearing wall, along with constructing the boxing for the new bath. While you are doing this, there is a linen cupboard that needs relining and new shelving put in. We will also require a plumber to connect the bath / shower and vanity sink into existing services. The toilet will be slightly realigned (looking to move it 600mm and at a right angle to current configuration). There is some crawl space under the house, so hopefully not a major! Also looking for a sparky to install heated towel rail, install new power outlets (2 max), recessed halogen lights and a ceiling extractor fan. A seperate job for the electrician is also to install 2 outdoor sensor lights and two Nobo wall mounted panel heaters.
