Description	I need some maintenance work done on a weatherboard/brick house before I move in a couple of weeks. Exterior work include: -Fence: chemical wash/repair -Barge board: recoat -Brick wall: repoint motar for local areas -Concrete tile: valley cleaning, inspect, clean, repair if needed -Wasing line: replace -Gas hot water boiler: rust treatment -Sun room glass roof: minor leakage problem?able to apply sealant Interior work: -change of window handles [phone] -Change of sliding door lock(4) -replace window blind(4) -replace door locks(7) -tighten shower mixers -fix tub, mould treatment -replace toilet valve(3)
