Description	We currently have a ceiling fan in our bathroom that just vents into the loft-space. We have a new colorsteel roof being put on within the next couple of weeks, so now need a new fan vented to the soffit of the house. Unsure if a sparky can do this or if a builder is required, preferably we would want somebody who is able to complete the entire job.
