| Description | We have a smoko room which we wish to turn into an office and a toilet that will be come a smoko kitchen. We would need a kitchen bench taken out and pipes and drains blocked . A hydroboil to be removed. In the current toilet, toilet and hand basin removed the hydroboil repositioned and a kitchen sink installed. |
