Description	I have built on a 30m2 extension. There was some pre wiring down but nothing connected. There are 4 double plugs, 3 downlights, 2 exterior lights and telephone and tv cable. Had a sparkie in to finish but has stuffed it up so need someone to put it right. The rest of the house was re-wired 3 years ago. The ceiling is lowish pitched with new insulation so a bit tight but nothing exceedingly bad.
