Description	Need a handyman/builder to replace or fix the bathroom ceiling. Size of room 1.7m x 2.3m. [phone] North Shore, near Albany. Sorry all, my wife just spoke to the insurance company and it looks like they may be able to fix it for us. I will hold off the job until the assessor come over to confirm.
