Description	Current hot water cylinder is sitting on rotted timber. Cylinder needs to be moved, new base fitted, seismic restraints added. Also needs a cold water expansion valve fitted and the water expansion pipe needs to be redirected as currently it goes into the drip tray and the outlet drips down the side of the house and misses the drain. The cylinder is in the roof in a very tight space so roofing iron will need to be removed to get at it, and this needs to be securely replaced. Both a plumber and a builder will be needed for this job.
