Description	Small Rectangle Bathroom - 2570mm x [phone] mm. Old square shower to be removed and replaced with new shower [phone] x800 with slider door) plumbing can stay on the same side but the waste will probably need moving. Toilet to be removed and replaced with new one, to be rotated 90degrees (plumbing for waste already on exterior wall). Vanity to be removed and replaced with new one, location to change to the same wall as new toilet (this is an exterior wall) plumbing will need to be moved. Heated towel rail to be removed and replaced with new one. Tiling to be repalced with new. I have not purchased the items yet but will do after meeting with you to discuss upgrade.
