Description	We need some increased ventilation to be put in our bathroom. Ideally venmtilation that is linked to the lighting. We live in a villa and the bathroom is located at the back of the house (lower roof) As a result we suspect that our ceiling will need painting small area (6-9msq). Also our heated towel rail does not work a broken wire needs replacing.
