I am looking to align and widen two opposing hallway doors (to kitchen and lounge). Preparation for new kitchen.
Required Work:
Removal of current hallway cupboards. These were installed approximately 10 years ago by narrowing the width of the hallway. Framing will need to be removed.
Widen kitchen door - from 810mmw to approx. 1900w (no change in height)
Widen lounge door - from 810 to approx. 1900w (no change in door height)
Re-frame both doorways, and reset architrave and skirting to match rest of house. Gib walls where required ready for plastering.
Quote required, will need to submit for a building consent before work can commence. Approximate start date 4-6 weeks.
