Extension of existing deck structure to wrap deck around house at just below floor level, including new decking to the existing structure. Some excavation is required, to about 30cm deep - this soil to be moved to adjacent area to create level lawn across the back of the section. Retaining with macrocarpa sleepers to a height of approx 20cm along one edge of the deck to create step up from deck to lawn. Edge border garden with macrocarpa sleepers and lay lawn.
Lawn area is approx 3m x 10m
Deck area is approx 4m x 10m (about 3m x 4m existing), with additional 1m x 4m around side of house.
Preferred decking timber is Vitex in the extra wide width.
This is a small garden with limited access for diggers etc as the property is elevated and accessed by steps - photos to come.
