Laying of Laminate flooring

Hi There, I have 27sq mtrs of laminate flooring to be laid in 3 separate rooms although I'm guessing this is in excess of what is required.
1st room an estimate of 3mtrs square, carpet will be laid next to this area, the 2nd room estimate of 3mtrs wide x 6 - 7 mtrs long and the third being a studio sleepout with toilet.
