New bathroom

I would just like a quote first to convert an existing walk in wardrobe to an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet & vanity. It is small (2,500 L x 1,400 w). The whole bathroom and shower to be waterproofed & tiled. We will supply fittings but would appreciate some guidance on the layout. We may need to add a window or a skylight, whichever is best or more cost effective as we only have a small budget.

Also the current bathroom needs a new vanity and shower to be waterproofed and tiled using existing plumbing. Ceiling perhaps also to be replaced. Existing floor tiles to be taken out (if possible) and new tiles laid.
