Tiling of walls in kitchen and laying of vinyl floor

My kitchen is being renovated this week. I would like to tile a small portion (2/3 rows only) of my kitchen walls starting from the splashback over my cooktop to other end of the bench top. Measurements not readily available.
Simultaneously I would llike to get atleast three quotes on laying vinyl for the kitchen and laundry area.
