Rennovate kitchen, bathroom, install new carpet

We have a house in Mamaku, Rotorua and would like to update the kitchen bench, sink, tapware, possibly the cabinets depending on cost, and need to have the ceiling painted. The size of kitchen is average, not sure in terms of square metres but I can send photos if required. We may update bathroom if the kitchen is done to a reasonable price. We need carpet through the whole house (average 3 1/2 bedroom house) and would like a heat pump.
