Laundry/Toilet Renovation, ROYAL ST, BERHAMPORE, WELLINGTON

Can you please provide a quote on the following work:
Removal of current wall and ceiling linings in laundry and toilet
Installation of skylight in laundry area (skylight to be provided by client)
Framing of doorway into ‘cellar’ area and of ceiling line under the stairs
Framing of a level ceiling in the toilet
Installation of a new toilet, in current location but not on current angle (toilet to be provided by client)
Installation of a handbasin on wall to the left of the toilet, behind door (handbasin and faucet to be provided by client)
Installation of a laundry tub, drawers and made-to-measure bench on the south wall of the laundry (drawers, tub, bench and faucet to be provided by client)
Plumbing new laundry tub, toilet and handbasin
Electrical work, including:
Installing small halogen light at shin-height, at entrance to laundry from main house
Installing downlights in toilet and laundry
Running existing speaker cable into two northern corners of existing bathroom
Repositioning plugs between toilet and bathroom to lower position (if able to do this in a designated ‘wet space’)
Lining of external walls and ceiling with insulation batts, in both toilet and laundry
Lining of walls with Gib Aqualine in toilet and laundry
Installation of colonial style skirting boards, in pine, in laundry and toilet, and replacing existing skirting boards in bathroom with colonial style
Hanging of door into cellar space (door to be provided by client and already on location). Door handle and hinges to be provided by client.
Replacement of door into toilet area, with a four panel door to match bathroom door (we will find a second hand door, unless you have access to a supply)
Gib stopping in laundry and toilet (and please stipulate what grade finish, suitable for painting)
Installation of tile substrate on floor in laundry, toilet and bathroom
