New Build

We have just received concept plans for a 2750 sqm house to be built in Upper Hutt. Hopefully we will get started in December, perhaps January. Services are to within about 7 metres of the garage, the site is flat and it is single level.

It is a long house extending for around 32 m in length. At this stage, we are still estimating costs for a budget. So am looking for a very rough estimate of cost and availabity. Formal quotes will be called for on completion of final drawings.

We are looking at 4 telephone points, 22 double plugs, 3 TV points, 3 electric wall heaters, 2 heated towel rails and approx. 32 lights. At this stage, dont estimate anything for light fittings.

We are definitely on a budget.
