Bathroom cost estimate

We've estimated the main costs of renovating a bathroom with standard new fixtures and fittings. Most of the variability in the estimate is due to the cost of materials (eg tiles can be anywhere between $30 and $100 sqm). We have taken account of some variability in labour costs associated with unknowns, such as the age of your house, quality of backing timber etc, but you'll need to work through this with your selected tradesperson to get an accurate quote. Tip - just about every major bathroom renovation will require a skip, so your tradesperson may well add a couple of hundred to cover this (see rubbish removal estimate).
